Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using myTASM's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

myTASM provides various digital products and services including:

• Shopify themes and templates
• Google Sheets extensions (including Invoicerly)
• Web applications and tools (including Omnylite)
• Related digital products and services

User Accounts

When you create an account with us or use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your account information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, all content on myTASM, including but not limited to themes, extensions, code, designs, text, graphics, and logos, are the property of myTASM and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Sell, resell, or commercially exploit our products without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software

License and Usage Rights

Shopify Themes

When you purchase a theme, you receive a license to use it for one Shopify store. Additional licenses must be purchased for each additional store.

Invoicerly Extension

Free tier users may create up to 200 sent/paid invoices per month. Unlimited draft invoices are allowed. Premium features may require a paid subscription.

Other Products

Specific license terms for other products will be provided at the time of purchase or installation.

Payment and Billing

• All prices are listed in the applicable currency and may be subject to taxes
• Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified
• Subscription services will auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date
• We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis per our refund policy

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

• For any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• To transmit harmful or malicious code
• To harass, abuse, or harm another person
• To impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• To interfere with or disrupt the services or servers
• To attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the services
• To use automated systems to access the services without permission

Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue services with or without notice
• Update, change, or remove features at any time
• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, myTASM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
• Any errors or omissions in content
• Any third-party content or conduct

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless myTASM and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as Google Workspace, Shopify, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. For Invoicerly users, please note that all invoice and client data is stored in your own Google Sheets, and we do not have access to this data.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the services will cease immediately
• You must cease all use of our products and services
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which myTASM operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
