Why Invoicerly Needs Access to Your Data
To provide invoice management functionality, Invoicerly requires access to specific Google services. Here's exactly what we access and why:
Google Sheets (Read & Write)
Required to create and manage your invoice data, client information, and expense records within your spreadsheet. All your data stays in your own Google Sheets.
Google Drive (File Access)
Required to save generated PDF invoices to your Google Drive and access them for email attachments.
Gmail (Send Email)
Required to send invoice emails to your clients on your behalf, with invoice PDFs attached. Emails are sent only when you explicitly click "Send Invoice."
User Email Address
Required to identify you and attribute actions within the spreadsheet (such as edit history tracking).
Your Data Privacy & Security
- Your data stays with you: All invoice and client data is stored in your own Google Sheets. We do not store your business data on our servers.
- No data sharing: We never share, sell, or transfer your data to third parties.
- Limited access: We only access the specific Google Sheets where Invoicerly is installed.
